Debbie Wilson
HR Manager
Debbie Wilson is an experienced human resources (“HR”) manager known for her diplomacy and positive approach. She holds a master’s degree in counseling and bachelor’s degree in psychology, both from the University of Florida (Go Gators!), and has a PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification. Before joining Miles, she served as an HR business partner for a consulting firm, providing HR management for multiple small businesses. Her expertise includes recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, payroll, and benefits.
Debbie is the mom of two young adults. She enjoys travelling with family and friends and home decorating. She has three fat, lazy cats who sometimes try to interrupt Zoom calls.
