Rate and Fee Schedule
We pride ourselves on providing our clients with economical solutions that guarantee effectiveness, transparency, and efficiency. Our fee schedule takes your arbitration needs into account while giving you flexibility to choose the arbitrator you want — at a reasonable cost.
For purposes of arbitrator rates, unless otherwise mandated by law or applicable legal provisions, hourly and daily hearing rates shall be uniform across all our locations. Travel time and expenses, including meals and lodging, if any, will be billed separately and split equally among the parties at the arbitrator’s hourly rate. Hourly rates include conferences, documentation review, order/ award drafting, and any additional consultation that a party to the arbitration requests.
At the commencement of an arbitration, each party to the arbitration will be invoiced an amount of $1500 towards Miles’ commencement and administrative fee.
