Cassidy Munn has a diverse background in customer service, having worked in food service, medicine, hospitality, weddings, and the beauty industry. Through these experiences, she has mastered the art of creating exceptional customer experiences. Cassidy holds dual degrees in paralegal studies and information technology. She successfully ran her own aesthetics business while putting herself through college, growing it primarily through word of mouth. Additionally, she has shared her expertise to help others start their own businesses.

Before joining Miles, Cassidy helped establish and manage a construction company, focusing on project management and marketing. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors — hiking, backpacking, and playing tennis — and loves curling up with a good book.
