Chi Chi Louis
Panel Growth Lead
Chi Chi Louis serves as the inaugural panel growth lead at Miles Mediation & Arbitration, where she focuses on expanding and strengthening the firm’s national panel of neutrals. In this role, she identifies, recruits, and onboards top-tier mediators and arbitrators to support the firm’s continued expansion.
Chi Chi is a Georgia-licensed attorney with a background as a judicial law clerk and BigLaw litigator, complemented by experience in legal recruiting and enterprise sales. She has worked closely with AmLaw firms and in-house legal departments, advising on talent strategy and building high-performing legal teams. Her cross-functional experience allows her to approach panel growth with both strategic insight and a strong understanding of the legal market.
She is a graduate of Auburn University and the Mississippi College School of Law. Chi Chi is a member of the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys and Black In-House Counsel (Atlanta), and a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
Outside of work, Chi Chi enjoys traveling with her husband, curating memorable experiences for family and friends, and cheering on the Atlanta Falcons. She values bringing people together, a people-centered approach that naturally carries over into her work at Miles.
