Donna is a customer service and operations professional with more than 10 years of experience across corporate, government, and call center environments. She has a background in client support, service delivery, and administrative coordination.
Most recently, Donna worked as a service specialist II at Wayfair from February 2020 to November 2025. In that role, she provided customer support, resolved complex service issues, and contributed to a fast-paced, customer-focused team.
Before joining Wayfair, Donna worked in customer service for Xfinity Atlanta from October 2017 to January 2020. She assisted customers with technical troubleshooting, billing concerns, and account management while maintaining strong performance metrics.
From May 2012 to October 2017, Donna served as a qualitative assistant in the call center at Jackson Associates Research. Her responsibilities included coordinating research participation, conducting outreach and supporting project teams.
Earlier in her career, Donna worked as a surplus plus line specialist with the Swett & Crawford Group, assisting with insurance-related services. She also served as a receptionist with the Georgia Department of Community Affairs in Atlanta, supporting daily office operations and providing front-desk assistance.
Donna is a graduate of Henry County High School, Class of 2002, and is known for her strong work ethic, adaptability, and commitment to service excellence.
