Jason Gardner is the business operations manager at Miles, based in Houston. He brings a strong operations background with experience leading teams, delivering excellent client service, and solving complex operational challenges.
Jason oversees the Houston team, ensuring the needs of neutrals and clients are met, analyzing feedback, identifying trends, and proactively resolving issues. As the office grows, he focuses on cultivating relationships with key clients and ensuring new panelists are effectively onboarded and integrated. He also partners closely with the business development and marketing team to support local initiatives and represents Miles at conferences and events.
Previously based in the Pacific Northwest, Jason enjoys attending concerts, particularly folk and bluegrass, and is teaching himself to play the banjo in his spare time.
