Joni Van Orden brings a diverse background in customer service, with experience spanning retail, legal services, food service, and property management, to her work at Miles. Throughout her career, she has worn many hats, allowing her to develop strong communication and service skills and consistently deliver high-quality support. She enjoys helping others and takes pride in making a positive impact through her work.
Originally from Maryland, at 16 Joni moved to Florida, where she met her husband and began raising a family. She and her family relocated to Atlanta approximately 17 years ago following a career change for her husband. During much of her time in Georgia, she was a stay-at-home mother to three children while also pursuing higher education. She earned an associate degree in paralegal studies through an online university. With her children now mostly grown, she has reentered the workforce.
In her free time, Joni enjoys spending time with her family, watching anime, playing PC and Xbox games, and cuddling with her seven “fur-children.” She also collects anime figurines and attends local anime and comic conventions, which she considers a fun way for her family to share common interests.
