Lola Costello
Business Development Coordinator
Lola Costello was born and raised in Barcelona, Spain, where her parents and siblings still reside. With an Irish father and Spanish mother, she grew up in a culturally rich and bilingual household, speaking both Spanish and English. This diverse upbringing sparked her early interest in alternative dispute resolution, particularly in cross-cultural mediation.
Lola earned her law degree in Barcelona and became a licensed Spanish attorney. Two years ago, she moved to New York City to pursue an LL.M. in alternative dispute resolution at Cardozo School of Law. While at Cardozo, she interned with the Mediation Office of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and continued volunteering there after graduation. She also worked at the American Arbitration Association and served as a fellow with the Kukin Program for Conflict Resolution.
Outside of her legal work, Lola is passionate about cooking and has been an avid golfer since childhood.
