Maryjo Bentley-Hibbert
ADR Manager
Maryjo Bentley-Hibbert began her career as an ADR administrator alongside Gary McGowan in the early 1990s. In 2006, she joined the Caroline Center for Dispute Resolution with McGowan, where she took on the administration of multiple neutrals. She also developed a custom database system for each neutral to help manage cases efficiently.
When the Caroline Center relocated in 2022, Maryjo managed the build-out of the new facility and oversaw the move. She was later asked to stay on as facility manager in addition to her ADR administration duties. Known for her attention to detail, problem-solving skills and versatility, she excels at collaborating with neutrals, vendors, and clients.
In 2024, Miles Mediation & Arbitration welcomed the neutrals from the Caroline Center, and Maryjo assumed the role of ADR manager at Miles. Her more than 25 years of experience have made a significant impact on the organization’s continued success.
Maryjo lives in Texas with her husband, Alister, and one of her two grown children. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, cooking, and caring for her three pets: Zeke, Reece, and Lulu.
