Todd Drucker has over 25 years of experience in the legal industry, with specific expertise in alternative dispute resolution practice and business development. Todd spent over 12 years as a regional practice development director with JAMS, the largest private alternative dispute resolution provider in the world, working to build individual mediator and arbitrator practices and lead national initiatives to drive ADR business.
Todd is current co-chair of the Business and Skills Development Committee of the ABA Dispute Resolution Section; past president of the Association for Conflict Resolution, Greater New York Chapter; and past co-chair of the New York County Lawyers Association ADR Committee. As a thought leader, Todd cares deeply about building programs and practices that give dispute resolution institutions, as well as individual mediators and arbitrators, the ability resolve a wide range of conflicts and make an impact in the larger conflict resolution field.
