Book a Mediation

Unless opposing counsel has agreed to pay for the entire cost of mediation, the Pro Se party will be required to submit a deposit for their portion of 4 hours of the neutral’s hourly rate and the administrative fee which will be applied to the final invoice upon completion of the mediation. Should the deposit not be paid within 48 hours of receiving the invoice, your mediation request will be voided. This ensures fair access to mediation while addressing financial responsibility.
