AJ Bryant, our client success supervisor, has a warm and friendly energy that welcomes every person who walks through our Atlanta office door. He brings his wealth of charm, ingenuity, and good cheer to check in clients, escorts them to their mediation room, and ensures everyone is ready to proceed with a successful mediation. AJ filled a similar role at CNN for fifteen years as their Lead Concierge. He notes: “I took from CNN the reality that you never get a second chance to make a great first impression.” He continues to do that every day while working at Miles.
When he isn’t at work, AJ loves going to baseball games. His favorite team is the New York Yankees.
