Delonte Alexander, our accounting supervisor, excels at managing all details of the billing and collections process for Miles Mediation. His attention to detail and excellent communication skills ensure that all parties have good experiences dealing with Miles during the stressful process of paying for a mediation. Delonte gained valuable skills in past jobs, including being able to multitask and adapt to a variety of situations. As he explains, “I learned a lot of patience having to work with individuals with special needs, as well as with many different types of people during my time as a security officer.”
When he isn’t working, Delonte likes spending time with his cats, Maddy and Nikky, and listening to Linkin Park.
