Gabriella Bereket’s mission as an operations leader is to bridge strategic vision with practical execution. In her role as Director of Operations at Miles Mediation & Arbitration, Gaby leads a wide range of project-based initiatives while managing operations across thirteen locations nationwide. She plays a pivotal role in mergers and acquisitions, project management, technology implementation, and neutral onboarding. At the core of her work is a commitment to delivering impactful results and building lasting partnerships with both clients and teams.
Investing in people through coaching and collaboration is fundamental to Gaby’s leadership style. She is passionate about creating environments where teams and clients feel supported, motivated, and empowered to grow and succeed together.
Outside of work, Gaby is a bit of a photography enthusiast and enjoys spending time outdoors. Traveling and immersing herself in different cultures inspires her and keeps her perspective fresh, though she’s always proud to call Atlanta home.
