In her free time, Gaby enjoys long scenic walks, playing tennis, traveling, and exploring new cultures and cuisines. Whether she’s trying a new restaurant, discovering local favorites while traveling, or swapping food recommendations, she believes some of the best connections happen around a table. Those experiences shape how she thinks, challenge her assumptions, and help her stay grounded in what matters most.
