Bryan Rendzio
Bryan Rendzio is a mediator and arbitrator with an extensive background and expertise in construction, commercial, and insurance law. He represents clients in construction, business/commercial, insurance, contracts, and personal injury/mass torts cases. In addition to being board certified by the Florida Bar as a construction lawyer, Bryan served as a circuit court judge in the Seventh Judicial Circuit of Florida. He serves as a full-time neutral on binding arbitrations, non-binding arbitrations, and all types of civil mediations; he also serves as a voluntary trial judge and property insurance umpire.
Among other qualifications, Bryan is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator, a South Carolina Certified Mediator, an American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) mediator/arbitrator, and a Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator.
