Jack Krumbein

Jack A. Krumbein is a Florida Supreme Court Circuit Court Certified Mediator, attorney, and musician. He became a mediator after having serious success in mediation as an advocate and believes that jury trials are not always the best venue for obtaining the best result for a party because of the unpredictability of outcome, the expense required to complete a case, and the uncertainty of judicial rulings during the process.

Before launching his own law firm, Jack worked at Citizens Property Insurance Corporation as a litigation specialist and Morgan & Morgan as a trial lawyer. He has litigated and transacted real estate disputes, and defamation litigation; drafted private placement memoranda under regulation D, employment agreements, commercial and residential leases, and requirements agreements; and has litigated or overseen in litigation over 1,000 first-party property cases, both commercial and residential.

Jack’s experience as lead counsel also includes a commercial class action involving counts of FDUTPA, common law misrepresentation, construction defect, toxic tort related to landfill closure, breach of contract, and defamation.

Jack was also a professional musician who gave his first professional performance at the age of 15, and began touring as a soloist, chamber musician, and orchestral violinist at 16, visiting dozens of countries throughout the world, before an auto accident ended his musical career. He has blended his love for music with his legal practice, representing entertainment clients including high-profile music producers, arrangers, composers, singers, a DJ, and country music singer/songwriters.

During his off-the-clock time, he bikes, plays soccer, and spends as much time with family as possible.
