Jeffrey Lasky

Jeffrey Lasky has been litigating and mediating cases on behalf of his clients for over 40 years. He has extensive mediation experience in many areas of the law including medical malpractice, wrongful death, truck and automobile wrecks, premises liability cases, product liability, and construction defects. In addition to securing jury verdicts in over 100 cases, Jeffrey has long recognized the value of resolving disputes outside of court, whether through mediation or arbitration. His initial mediation training was in 1993 and has continued that training and experience throughout the years since.

Stylistically, Jeffrey is persistent and engaged, tirelessly exploring creative opportunities for resolution before, during, and after the mediation. He takes a flexible approach, tailored to the needs of each case. His ability to find common ground and seek mutually beneficial solutions has made him a respected figure in the legal community.

In 1978, Jeffrey graduated with a degree in business with honors from the University of Georgia. Since graduating from the University of Georgia Law School in 1981, he has represented individuals and families who have suffered injuries or fatalities due to the negligence of others. His practice focuses on victims of catastrophic injuries, medical malpractice, trucking and automobile negligence, nursing home negligence, sexual abuse of minors, and product liability. His impressive track record includes securing many multi-million-dollar jury verdicts, arbitration awards, and mediated settlements.

Recognized for his legal excellence, Jeffrey has maintained an AV Preeminent® rating by Martindale-Hubbell®, the highest rating for competency and ethics, for over 30 years. He was also the 2023 recipient of the Savannah Bar Association’s highest award for professionalism.
