Kristen Pitts
Kristen Pitts is a mediator and attorney who has been protecting the rights of injured victims since 2006. She mediates cases including automobile, class actions, personal injury, and premises liability, among others.
Kristen has over 20 years of legal experience and is recognized as a skilled personal injury attorney with extensive litigation and trial expertise. She has worked for some of the largest personal injury firms in the state of Georgia.
In addition to being a lawyer and mediator, Kristen is also a best-selling author, national speaker, graduate of the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers’ Leadership Academy, and an alumna of the United Way VIP Board Training Program. She is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and The Links, Incorporated, and under an avid supporter of many community – based programs, whose missions focus on helping to prepare the next generation of women to lead.
Her professional achievements have been honored by the National Black Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 and the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Civil Plaintiffs’ Trial Lawyers. With a career rooted in advocacy, service, and empowerment, Kristen is a trusted leader both in and out of the courtroom. In her spare time, she enjoys kickboxing, traveling the world, and spending time with her family.
