Kristen Zedella
Kristen A. Zedella is a mediator who has been a maritime lawyer for three decades. She has primarily devoted her practice to maritime legal matters, representing plaintiffs and defendants, with particular emphasis on complex and serious personal injury cases.
Kristen is admitted to practice before federal and state courts in the state of Florida. She attended Oxford College of Emory University and Emory University on full scholarship, graduating in 1991 (A.A.) and in 1993 (B.A., political science), respectively. She received her Juris Doctor from Florida State University in 1996 and was admitted to The Florida Bar in October 1996.
While attending law school, Kristen was a law clerk for a prominent Tallahassee personal injury firm, assisting in the representation of clients injured in serious automobile, tractor-trailer, medical malpractice, and premises liability cases.
Kristen is a native of Jacksonville and has strong ties to the local community. Upon returning home to Jacksonville, she began her legal practice in the maritime field with Dwayne Clark, Esq.
She is an avid gardener and dog enthusiast. She enjoys spending time on the trails and at the beach with her dogs, boating, fishing, reading, the arts, and antiques.
