Musa Farmand
Musa K. Farmand is an attorney who has been practicing law since 1985 and a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator. His legal and mediation practice areas include commercial and personal injury litigation. He has mediated, and represented clients in, cases involving fraud, breach of contract, usury, landlord-tenant disputes, car and commercial trucking crashes, premises liability, assault and battery, and wrongful death.
Musa has represented clients including Hall of Fame musicians and professional athletes, Fortune 500 companies, and charitable organizations as well as individual homeowners, families, and mom-and-pop businesses. He has handled numerous million-dollar-plus cases, including obtaining a multimillion-dollar plaintiff’s verdict in a U-Haul negligence case which received national attention, as well as a six-figure verdict involving a fall at a Food Lion Store that was included in the Jury Verdict Report.
