Peter Singh

Peter Singh is a mediator and arbitrator with Miles and several other panels. His work as a neutral includes cases involving business/commercial, intellectual property, securities/banking, sports/entertainment, and workers’ compensation matters.

Peter is also counsel at LEXR and Fourscore Business Law, CEO of Glyph, and executive director of the nonprofit Carolina Lawyers for the Arts & Entertainment (CLÆ). Prior to these roles, he worked in a startups practice group in Raleigh, following an in-house position as corporate counsel and M&A attorney at a private equity company in Durham.

Peter regularly advises startups, investors, creatives, and businesses at all stages of growth on M&A, financing, crowdfunding, intellectual property protection and licensing, commercial transactions, corporate organization and governance, trademark law, and other corporate matters.
