Phillip Jones
Phillip Jones is a mediator who has been licensed to practice law for 34 years. Representative Matters
- Rock Ivy Holdings v. RC Properties, LLC, et al. 464 S.W.3d 623 (TN App. 2014). This case was a dispute between minority and majority owners of a Limited Liability Company. Phillip successfully defended the majority owners at trial, and again on appeal. The Appellate Court opinion is a published opinion and considered the preeminent case in Tennessee regarding owner disputes in the context of an LLC. The case has also been cited in other jurisdictions.
