Robins Brice
Robins Brice is a mediator and arbitrator who has operated an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) practice since 2007. He joined Miles in 2024. Robins’ areas of expertise include admiralty and maritime practice, personal and industrial injury, property damage, and employers’ liability, as well as domestic and London market insurance coverage issues, particularly in marine and energy risk.
Robins also handles commercial disputes, offshore service contract disputes, and matters related to admiralty and maritime law, including international shipping, cargo, collision, and charter party cases. He is experienced in Jones Act and Longshore Act claims, offshore casualties and injuries, production loss, and business interruption. His practice encompasses trials and appeals, marine terminal lease agreements, mediation, and arbitration.
Before he opened his ADR practice, Robins was an attorney with Royston, Rayzor, Vickery & Williams, LLP, from 1972 to 2007.
