Robins Brice

Robins Brice has operated an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) practice since 2007. Prior to that, he was with Royston, Rayzor, Vickery & Williams, LLP, from 1972 to 2007. His areas of expertise include personal and industrial injury, property damage, and employers’ liability, as well as domestic and London market insurance coverage issues, particularly in marine and energy risk. Robins handles commercial disputes, offshore service contract disputes, and matters related to admiralty and maritime law, including international shipping, cargo, collision, and charter party cases. He is also experienced in Jones Act and Longshore Act claims, offshore casualties and injuries, production loss, and business interruption. His practice encompasses trials and appeals, marine terminal lease agreements, mediation, and arbitration.

MEDIATION RATES:

Flat Rates
Full-Day Mediation: $2,250.00 Per Party/ Per Day
Half-Day Mediation: $1,500.00 Per Party/ Per Day

Pre/Post Consultation & Document Review: Rates inclusive of prep work and follow-up.
Travel Rates: Rates inclusive of same-day travel. Multi-day travel will be billed at either a half-day or full-day rate, based on travel duration. Rates are exclusive of travel expenses. Travel expenses, including but not limited to flights, meals and lodging, billed separately and split equally among the parties.
Arbitration Rates: $500 per hour

MEDIATION CANCELLATION POLICY

Mediations cancelled within 10 days of the mediation will be charged a cancellation fee of $1,000.
However, mediations cancelled, rescheduled or settled within 24 hours of the mediation will be charged half of the Neutral’s per day flat rate. Cancellation fees shall be sent to the cancelling party unless otherwise agreed to by the parties.
