Stephen Limbaugh
Hon. Stephen N. Limbaugh, Sr. is a retired Federal Judge with decades of experience in federal law and complex litigation. He served as a United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Missouri from 1983 to 2008, appointed by President Ronald Reagan. During his tenure, Judge Limbaugh presided over and ruled on cases involving:

Before his federal appointment, Judge Limbaugh practiced law privately and served as both Prosecuting Attorney and City Attorney for Cape Girardeau County, Missouri. Earlier in his life, he served in the U.S. Navy, including an 18-month tour at the end of World War II.
