Leigh Wilco
Leigh Wilco has been mediating cases for more than 10 years, settling more than 80 percent of them. He also arbitrates real estate and commercial disputes and has been appointed by the courts as a special master and as a receiver.
Leigh has been practicing law in Atlanta for over 40 years, representing plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of matters. He has extensive experience both as a litigator and a neutral in all aspects of real estate disputes, personal injury, construction defect, contract disputes, business dissolution, products liability, wrongful death, professional negligence, trucking and automobile liability, insurance disputes, and premises liability law.
Before becoming a full-time neutral, Leigh headed the litigation practice group at Weissman PC (formerly Weissman, Nowack, Curry & Wilco) for over 20 years, dealing with a wide range of real estate-related matters, commercial disputes, and personal injury claims. He previously was a partner at Neely & Player and at Goodman, McGuffey, Aust & Lindsey.
