Bianca Motley Broom, Esq.
Bianca Motley Broom specializes in complex personal injury, premises liability, automobile, insurance coverage, and domestic disputes. She has an innate ability to connect with people. It is the single biggest quality that has driven her success thus far. This skill, along with her experience in the courtroom as both a trial attorney and a judge, allows her to bring a different perspective.
Rusty Grant specializes in any type of case that involves injury to person or property. That can arise from products liability, professional malpractice, premises liability or many other underlying events. Most of his practice involves diving deep into the cause of injury and exploring the risks of what a jury may conclude if the case does not reach a resolution before trial.
Jennifer Grippa has nearly 20+ years of mediation, arbitration and litigation experience. She handles complex disputes, including banking, business/commercial, civil rights, construction, contracts, cybersecurity, employment, engineering and construction, environmental, estate/probate/trusts, government, insurance, personal injury/torts, premises liability, product liability, professional liability, real estate, and surety matters.
Matt Thiry has substantial practical business and fiduciary litigation experience and mediates and arbitrates a wide variety of disputes, including those related to business, contracts, business torts, real estate, probate, and fiduciary duties. Prior to becoming a lawyer, he was a business owner. He understands the focus needed to be a successful business owner, and he understand how litigation takes away from that focus. Matt combines his experience and understanding to assist litigants resolve their disputes through mediation, to decide disputes through arbitration, or to assist the parties and the Court by serving as a special master.
Parag Shah is a dynamic mediator and arbitrator with extensive experience handing disputes involving administrative licensing issues; automobile, bicycle and pedestrian injuries; business partnerships; civil forfeitures; civil RICO; civil rights including 1983 actions and jail suicides; contracts; corporate compliance; defamation and slander; dog bites; equitable remedies including injunctions and mandamuses; entertainment; hospitality; insurance bad faith claims; mass torts; mold; negligent security and third party criminal acts; premises liability; professional liability; property damage both personal and commercial; subrogation and reimbursement matters including ERISA and Medicare; trucking and wrongful death matters.
Doug Wilde is a veteran mediator with 34+ years of experience. As a former defense attorney and more recently as a plaintiff’s attorney, he advises clients with credibility when offering opinions and impressions on various issues that may arise in cases. Doug’s practice has focused primarily on premises liability matters, including slip and falls, third party criminal acts and false arrest and malicious prosecution.
