Mediation and Arbitration Expert Leads Discussion on Virtual ADR

ATLANTA (April 2, 2020) – Miles Mediation & Arbitration neutral Jennifer Grippa recently led a webinar for the Atlanta Bar Association: “A Guided Discussion On Opening Your ADR Practice to Virtual Work.”
Jennifer’s presentation outlined how neutrals can shift their ADR practice to online dispute resolution. “Miles has been on the forefront of virtual mediations and this was a great opportunity to share tips and best practices for online mediations,” said Jennifer. “The Dispute Resolution Section provides a forum to learn, to share ideas, and to help one another. This was a timely discussion given that neutrals are still working daily to resolve disputes. While the Coronavirus has slowed down the judicial process, it has not changed the parties’ desires to find an end to their legal disputes.”
