Miles Mediation & Arbitration's Response to COVID-19

As the impact of COVID-19/ Coronavirus continues to evolve, we want to assure you that Miles Mediation & Arbitration is closely monitoring the pandemic and is abiding by all recommendations from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). We also want to provide insights into the safety precautions and other actions implemented for the safety of our clients, neutrals, staff, and visitors.

Open, Safe & Flexible

To further reduce exposure to the virus, Miles has adopted a “social distancing” policy in our ADR centers and increased preventative measures such as sanitizing surfaces often, encouraging frequent hand washing, serving boxed lunches, and providing options for clients to conduct mediations, arbitrations, and ADR matters by videoconferencing on Zoom and telephone conference calls. Please contact Miles for additional information on how to access these systems.
