Miles is proud to sponsor the Meet the Neutrals Speed Networking Event at Triad 2024 NYC this week in Manhattan. 2024 Triad NYC, taking place June 26-30 at the Hilton Midtown Manhattan, combines three events, including the LERA 76th Annual Meeting, ILERA 20th Triennial World Congress and the FMCS National Labor-Management Conference. This significant gathering brings together labor relations experts, practitioners, and academics for a series of plenary sessions, networking opportunities, and specialized meetings. Sessions will address critical issues like gender inequalities in work, labor-management cooperation, and the future of labor relations.

 

The Meet the Neutrals Speed Networking Event, held in the Trianon Complex on June 26 from 5:15-7:15 PM, will bring together arbitrators and mediators specializing in labor-management and employment disputes. Along with Miles, the event is co-sponsored by the Ray Corollary Initiative (RCI); American Arbitration Association (AAA); JAMS; National Academy of Arbitrators (NAA); NAA Research and Education Foundation; International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR); and the Scheinman Institute on Conflict Resolution. The Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS) and National Mediation Board (NMB) will administer the event, with Homer C. La Rue from Howard University School of Law and Katherine Simpson from Cornell University ILR School serving as moderators. This historic speed-networking session promises to foster connections and enhance collaboration among professionals in the field.
