ATLANTA, May 19, 2020– Miles Mediation & Arbitration, the largest ADR provider in the southeast, is proud to announce the addition of David Matthews to its panel in Atlanta. He specializes in complex commercial, business, construction, contracts, high-exposure premises liability, and real estate disputes.
Mr. Matthews joins Miles with over 30 years of litigation experience. He has been a partner at Weinberg, Wheeler, Wheeler, Hudgins, Gunn & Dial, a national litigation firm, for 20 years and offers a broad range of specialization and experience having practiced in state and federal courts across the country.

Throughout his career, Mr. Matthews has successfully handled a range of cases, from closely held commercial contractor and shareholder disputes, to breach of contract/unlawful termination arbitrations, breach of warranty and negligence arbitrations, and residential builders in breach of contract. He has also represented multiple pipeline contractors in litigation across many states.
