Hon. Gregory P. Holder Joins Miles Mediation & Arbitration’s Panel

Greg HolderTAMPA, FL, March 6, 2026 – Miles Mediation & Arbitration, one of the fastest-growing alternative dispute resolution (ADR) providers in the country, is pleased to announce that Hon. Gregory P. Holder has joined its panel in Tampa.

 

Hon. Gregory P. Holder is a mediator, arbitrator, and special magistrate for the courts in a variety of commercial, tort, and reinsurance matters in both federal and state courts throughout the United States. Greg is a retired judge and native of Melbourne, Florida. In 1975, he received a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering and was commissioned as a second lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force. While serving as an armament systems development engineer in the Air Force, he received his Master of Business Administration from the University of West Florida in 1978. Greg  was selected to attend Stetson University College of Law under the Air Force Funded Legal Education Program and received his Juris Doctor in 1981. While attending law school, he served as associate editor of the Stetson Law Review and authored several published articles.

 

Upon graduation from law school, Greg served at several stateside and overseas military bases as an assistant judge advocate and area defense counsel. He resigned his regular commission in 1988 and accepted a U.S. Air Force Reserve commission, serving at U.S. Special Operations Command (“USSOCOM”) from 1988 through 1996. At the time of his retirement from the U.S. Air Force Reserve on Feb. 1, 2004, Greg (then Col. Holder) served as chief reserve trial judge for the U.S. Air Force.

“After 26 years as a Florida Circuit Court Judge, I elected to begin my mediation and arbitration practice,” says Greg. “After five years of ADR practice, I elected to join the premier national ADR practice at Miles Mediation & Arbitration. With its thirteen offices throughout the nation and over 200 neutrals, I now have the professional facilities, staff, and acclaimed colleagues for my active and growing practice.
