CHARLOTTE, March 18, 2021 – Miles Mediation & Arbitration, the largest ADR provider in the southeast, is proud to announce the addition of James Young to its panel in Charlotte. James is a fully bilingual (English-Spanish) arbitrator and mediator who also maintains an active law practice. He is a Certified Superior Court Mediator and has experience mediating a range of cases including, but not limited to, guardianships and Medicaid planning, special needs estate planning, breach of contract, defamation, personal injury, workers compensation, and estate matters. He has extensive arbitration experience in the areas of personal injury, landlord/tenant issues, and contractual disputes.
“I’m excited that James has decided to join our panel,” says John Miles, CEO of Miles Mediation & Arbitration. “We continue to expand our panel of talented neutrals. He is an experienced and respected litigator and his ability to speak Spanish allows us to provide dispute resolution services to a broader segment of the market.”
“I joined Miles because I think it is an excellent way to expand my mediation practice, Young says. “Mediation is what I love to do, and although I have been certified to mediate for years, joining Miles will help me to expand my reach into this area of practice.”
When James is not mediating, he enjoys spending his free time visiting Asheville, travelling internationally, and spending time with his wife and two sons.
