Jennifer Grippa Presents at the ABA Forum on Construction Law 2025 Annual Meeting

Miles Mediation & Arbitration is proud to sponsor the American Bar Association Forum on Construction Law 2025 Annual Meeting, “Return of the Contractors: Transforming the Construction Landscape,” taking place April 23-26 in Austin, Texas. Attendees will hear from constructors, sureties, insurers and suppliers on topics including pre-construction services, subcontractor relations, delegated design management and more, with nine informative sessions and two full days of networking. The meeting also features unique Austin experiences, including live music, food trucks, a river boat tour, and a country-themed welcome reception.
 

Miles’ mediator and arbitrator Jennifer Grippa will speak on a panel hosted by Divisions 1 (Litigation) and 11 (In-House Counsel), focused on the complexities of multi-party mediation on Friday, April 25. The lunchtime program will explore logistical and strategic challenges, from pre-mediation planning to resolving issues involving insurance coverage, scheduling, delays and construction defects. Grippa will be joined by Hon. Nancy Holtz (Ret.) of JAMS and Jason M. Rodgers-da Cruz of Siegfried Rivera. The session will be moderated by Brian Falcon of Meyer Najem Construction.
