Miles’  mediator and arbitrator Jennifer Grippa will serve as a speaker at the upcoming Construction Super Conference in Bonita Springs, Florida, Dec. 9–11. She will participate in the panel “Insights From Arbitrators and Advocates on the Pros and Cons of Alternative Delay and Damages Quantum” on Dec. 10, where she will share her perspectives on current issues in construction dispute resolution.
