Mike Miller Joins Miles Mediation & Arbitration’s Panel

HOUSTON, TX, February 11, 2026 – Miles Mediation & Arbitration, one of the fastest-growing alternative dispute resolution (ADR) providers in the country, is pleased to announce that Hon. Mike Miller has joined its panel in Houston.
Hon. Mike Miller has been a mediator and arbitrator since 2017. He graduated from LaPorte High School, Southwestern University, and the University of Texas School of Law. Mike was sworn in as a lawyer with the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office in December 1980 and tried his first jury trial on his second day on the job.
Mike spent his entire career in Texas courtrooms as a trial lawyer and judge. During his first eight years, he tried approximately 75 criminal cases, including the defense of a capital murder case. That same year, he transitioned to civil litigation, moving to Houston to join an insurance defense firm where he began handling and trying personal injury cases. Over the next 20 years, he tried approximately 75 civil jury trials in Dallas, Ellis, Galveston, Harris, Montgomery, Orange, Brazoria, Bexar, and Taylor Counties. From 1993 through 2008, he worked primarily on the plaintiffs’ side of the docket.
