The Client Dashboard is designed to enhance Miles’ clients’ experiences by providing an efficient, streamlined approach to case management. Through the dashboard, clients can schedule mediations more quickly, review case details for both past and upcoming mediations, and view and pay invoices. Clients will also have access to a variety of resources through the dashboard, including valuable CLE courses and informative articles written by Miles’ neutrals.
Clients will still be able to book through the company website, using neutrals’ calendars. However, the dashboard offers additional benefits for clients, such as the option to sort by date, location, practice area, or neutral when booking a new mediation, as well as offering a central place to host all relevant documents.
“Designed with our clients’ convenience in mind, this dashboard offers a suite of features that streamline the mediation process,” explained Shah. “Our goal is to empower clients with the tools they need to manage their cases more effectively, ensuring they can focus on what truly matters – achieving resolution.”
