Miles Mediation & Arbitration Launches Season 3 of Podcast
Miles Mediation & Arbitration is excited to announce the re-launch of the podcast series, “The Future of Resolution.” Season 3 also includes the two sub-series: GC/In-house Series and Commercial ADR.
Through hard work and dedication, while adjusting to changes in the legal landscape, we are delighted to offer additional episodes that provide insights on thriving in challenging times. We wanted to make our new podcast episodes the #1 resource for the latest developments in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and a resource for evolving trends and inspiring stories impacting the legal community.
As a leader in alternative dispute resolution services, we believe it is essential to present our thought leadership and expertise to the legal community on an easy to use, easily accessible, platform. Our mission is to provide our clients, partners, and legal professionals with valuable up to date information and share our knowledge in the field of ADR.
Our goal with this re-launch is to provide our audience with advanced ADR topics and practical insights and advice shared by prominent legal practitioners. Topics featured in Season 3 include:
- How companies plan on approaching ADR going forward;
- Lessons and insights from General Counsel
- Attorney mental health
- State laws and the trend toward mandatory ADR;
- Commercial litigation and the case for ADR;
- How their peers are integrating ADR into their practices;
- How changing jury perceptions add an extra layer of uncertainty to litigation outcomes;
- How clients view ADR, among other topics.
We will be continually updating our content with in-depth conversations, ADR successes, and thought leadership on our podcast.
