Miles Mediation & Arbitration Opens First Operation in Charlotte

Leading Alternative Dispute Resolution Firm Establishes First ADR Office Outside of Georgia

ATLANTA & CHARLOTTE (June 15, 2020) – Miles Mediation & Arbitration, the Southeast’s leading alternative dispute resolution firm (ADR), has opened a Charlotte office, marking its first foray outside the state of Georgia.

Miles Mediation & Arbitration has its headquarters in Atlanta with an office in Savannah. The firm specializes in mediation, arbitration, special master, and all forms of dispute management and has a reputation for delivering exceptional client service coupled with successful results. The firm handles a broad range of cases including complex, multi-party disputes. Miles Mediation & Arbitration is the only firm with an office dedicated solely to alternative dispute resolution in Charlotte.

The firm’s Charlotte neutrals are all attorneys or former judges. They each have deep knowledge and expertise in areas of business, commercial, employment, construction, professional negligence, insurance coverage, contracts, wrongful death, personal injury, and family law. Mediation, arbitration, and dispute management are often a more efficient and economical way to resolve legal and corporate disputes between parties.

Miles Mediation & Arbitration CEO John Miles said: “Some would say it was an unfortunate time to expand. I think it’s a perfect time. I wish I could say I planned it. Of course, I didn’t. Our nation has been through a terrible ordeal. I am pleased that we are now able to offer first-rate ADR services to the citizens of North Carolina. We need reconciliation now more than ever.”

The Miles office is located at 6101 Carnegie Boulevard, Suite 450 in Charlotte. The 7,000 square-foot facility offers fully equipped, multi-use conference rooms, with tools and amenities to enhance client service.

Miles added: “Our sophisticated, commercial clients require top-notch space with up-to-date technology and amenities. As we do in our other markets, we provide whatever the clients need in a beautiful setting.”
