Mon, Mar 23rd, 2020 | by Miles Mediation and Arbitration | News | Social Share
In response to the impact of COVID-19/Coronavirus, Miles Mediation & Arbitration is waiving all administrative and cancellation fees for clients March 30, 2020 through May 1, 2020, for all ADR engagements conducted in that period. Furthermore, we are providing free video conferencing training for clients who need assistance.
As a leader in alternative dispute resolution (ADR), it is our responsibility to aid clients and provide a swift response to their evolving needs.
While many clients are embracing virtual platforms to carry out their mediations and arbitrations, we understand some clients may not be able to make a determination about their disputes amid so much uncertainty. As such, Miles will make it easier for clients to choose which path to resolution makes the most sense. Our team of case managers is available to answer questions, reschedule ADR engagements or shift to an alternative format, such as video or phone conferencing.
The well-being of our clients and community is of utmost importance. As more litigants and attorneys assess how the coronavirus pandemic will affect their businesses and cases in litigation, Miles is committed to providing an easier path to resolution.
To reschedule or cancel a current mediation, arbitration proceeding, or other ADR engagement, please contact your neutral or designated case manager. To schedule a virtual ADR training or for any questions, email admin@milesmediation.com or call 888-305-3553.
