Her guidance helps participants explore practical ways to bridge communication gaps and build trust in employment dispute resolution.
Miles’ chief revenue officer Todd Drucker is speaking during the “Risk Analysis: The Missing Key in Mediation” CLE session on Oct. 23 at 12:10 p.m. Todd discusses how structured risk analysis can transform case valuation and negotiation dynamics. He shares insights into how ADR providers can empower mediators and parties to better assess outcomes through the integration of technology, analytics and training.
