Miles is a proud sponsor of the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution’s 32nd Annual ADR Institute, taking place on November 19, 2025, at the State Bar of Georgia Conference Center in Atlanta, GA. The event will run from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EDT, allowing attendees to participate in person or virtually. The ADR Institute will feature a day of expert-led sessions, providing valuable insights into alternative dispute resolution practices.

Miles’ mediator Scott Zucker will speak in the session “Professionalism and the Role of Civility in Dispute Resolution” from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. in the auditorium. This session examines how lawyers and neutrals can balance zealous advocacy with professionalism in mediation, negotiation and arbitration and will offer practical tools and real-world strategies for addressing civility challenges in ADR settings.

Kimber Bond, director of marketing, and Rosalie Means, marketing manager, will represent Miles at the event.
