Parag Shah to Present on "Winning at Mediation" at GAPABA CLE

ATLANTA, October 9, 2019- Miles mediator and arbitrator Parag Shah has recently spoken at several events in Atlanta. He recently lectured at several classes at Georgia State and also presented at the Municipal Court Judges at Legacy Lodge at Lake Lanier on recent updates in Evidence law.

Shah spoke at two Georgia State classes on topics such as foundational evidentiary rules to introducing electronic evidence, and the balancing of the defendant’s rights versus the interest of law enforcement in the context of ruling on Fourth and Fifth Amendment rights.

On October 17, 2019, Parag Shah will present a 1-hour CLE for the Georgia Asian Pacific American Bar Association (GAPABA) at the Lawyer’s Club of Atlanta on “Winning at Mediation.” He is the featured speaker of the event. Specifically, Shah will discuss negotiation theory and strategy to get an outcome at mediation that is “winning” to your side.
