Phillip Jones is a mediator who has been licensed to practice law for 34 years. Phillip specializes in complex business litigation, with a focus on contract disputes, corporate disputes, commercial construction project disputes, and aviation law. He has litigated extensively in state courts across Tennessee and in federal courts in the Western, Middle, and Eastern Districts of Tennessee, as well as in federal courts in New York City, Tampa, Baltimore, and Cleveland.
