Rob Litz will be a featured speaker at “Advocacy in Mediation: Best Practices Representing Your Client,” a CLE program presented by the Trial Section of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.

The virtual seminar will cover key strategies for effective mediation advocacy, including case selection and timing, mediator selection, preparation for mediation, and techniques for breaking impasse. The program is approved for 1.0 hour of Missouri MCLE credit and will take place via Zoom on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, from 12:00–1:00 p.m. CT.
