Kelly K. James has found her niche at Miles Mediation & Arbitration as the company’s content writer. The former attorney and ghostwriter joined Miles to help neutrals continue to build their identities as thought leaders and ADR experts.

“My favorite part of the job is writing the neutral spotlights,” she says. “I love being able to take a deeper dive and tell the backstory of one of our neutrals.” Kelly works with the neutrals to draft articles about the law and ADR and helps build and promote Miles’ brand as well.

“We strive to create practical, informative content for lawyers to help them work more effectively and efficiently — and to showcase ADR as an attractive alternative to litigation,” says Kelly. “Every piece should capture, and keep, the reader’s attention, just like a compelling story does.”
