Miles’ neutral, Tamika Newson will be speaking at the National Bar Association (NBA)‘s 2024 Labor and Employment Section Annual Conference, in Washington, D.C., from October 17-19. This important event will gather legal professionals and industry experts to discuss current trends and developments in labor and employment law.
Tamika will participate in the panel discussion titled “To Compete or Not to Compete,” where panelists will analyze the FTC’s ban on non-competition agreements and their legal implications. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn what the new rule means for their employment-related contracts and gain valuable insights on this significant issue. The session is scheduled for October 17 from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m.
