Miles’ mediator and arbitrator, Tamika Newson will be speaking at the National Bar Association (NBA) 2025 Labor and Employment Section’s Annual Conference, in New York City, from October 17-18. This important event will gather legal professionals and industry experts to discuss current trends and developments in labor and employment law.
Tamika will participate in the panel discussion titled “ADR in Employment Law: Strategic Use of Arbitration and Mediation in 2025,” on October 17 from 3:20 to 4:20 p.m. The session will cover arbitration clause enforceability, mass arbitrations, and how mediation is being used creatively in high-stakes employment disputes.
