Todd Drucker Presents at the ABA’s 2024 Advanced Mediation & Advocacy Skills Institute

Todd Drucker, vice president of business development at Miles Mediation & Arbitration, will be a featured speaker at the 2024 Advanced Mediation & Advocacy Skills Institute, hosted by the American Bar Association Section of Dispute Resolution. This two-day virtual event, taking place from October 16-17, 2024, focuses on exploring advancements in mediation. This year’s theme is “Mediation Comes of Age in a Time of Divisiveness.”

 

Todd will be part of the panel, “Back to the Future with ADR Providers Leading the Way,” with fellow panelists Michelle Skipper (AAA), Matthew P. York (vice president, JAMS), Mia Levi (vice president and secretary, CPR Dispute Resolution Services LLC), Yevhenii Vasylchenko (ADR deputy counsel, ICC International Centre for ADR), and Mara Weinstein (national mediation administrator, FINRA Dispute Resolution Services), with Jeffrey Zaino (AAA-ICDR) serving as moderator. The panel will address how mediators, advocates, and parties can enhance their ADR experiences and outcomes. Key topics will include advances in mediation, online dispute resolution, artificial intelligence, and diversity initiatives. The discussion will also cover mediator career development and the requirements for joining the providers’ panels, providing attendees with practical, actionable insights directly from industry leaders.
