These new opportunities allow our neutrals to connect with a diverse array of clients, tackle a broader range of disputes, and build meaningful relationships in new legal communities. By broadening our footprint, we’re enhancing our ability to learn, evolve, and ultimately redefine the ADR experience for both our clients and neutrals.

 

Q: Bringing on 20 new mediators this year is a major jump for Miles. How will this expansion of our panel enhance the services we offer to clients, and how does it strengthen our position in the legal industry?

 

A: The expansion of our team reflects the growing needs of our clients.
