JACKSONVILLE, FL, April 29, 2026 – Miles Mediation & Arbitration, one of the fastest-growing alternative dispute resolution (ADR) providers in the country, is pleased to announce that Dwayne Clark and Kristen Zedella have joined its panel in Jacksonville.
Dwayne Clark and Kristen Zedella bring a collaborative, team-based approach to mediation, offering clients the unique advantage of two experienced neutral mediators rather than one. Whether a case has already been filed or is in the pre-suit stage, they guide parties through the process with a focus on good-faith participation and practical resolution. Their differing backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences allow them to analyze disputes more thoroughly and develop creative solutions that might otherwise be overlooked. This co-mediator model has proven especially effective in complex litigation, helping parties navigate disagreements efficiently and work toward meaningful settlement.
Dwayne Clark is a mediator and attorney who has represented both defendants and plaintiffs in maritime cases and litigation for four decades. He is admitted to practice before Florida state and federal courts and previously before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Dwayne has tried numerous cases in both state and federal court, and has written briefs and argued appeals in Florida appellate courts and the Eleventh Circuit. He has spoken at maritime seminars and taught legal research, writing, and other law courses to paralegals pursuing certification. He also served as an adjunct professor at Florida Coastal School of Law, where he taught pretrial litigation drafting.
Kristen A. Zedella is a mediator who has practiced maritime law for three decades. She has represented both plaintiffs and defendants, with particular emphasis on complex and serious personal injury cases. Kristen is admitted to practice before Florida state and federal courts. She attended Oxford College of Emory University and Emory University on full scholarship, earning her A.A. in 1991 and B.A. in political science in 1993. She received her Juris Doctor from Florida State University in 1996 and was admitted to the Florida Bar later that year.
